Information Collection on Websites

Application collects personal data listed below:

Your login username;

Physical measurement data for the purpose of glasses production;

Occasionally we collect photos for the purpose of measurement accuracy improvement;

Customer identifier, chosen by you;

IP address.

We strongly recommend not to use customer’s real names and surnames for customer identifiers to limit personal data collection. Any personal data of customers is sole responsibility of optical shop, where measurements are taken. Optical shop is Data Controller for it’s customers personal data collected. All collected and added data reside  locally in the device which is used in Optical shop.  We process your data based on legitimate business interests, contract fulfilment, legal compliance, or consent.

Where and what data is transferred for Application Software ?

Only measurements data logs and IP address and photos are transferred to application developer for the purpose of functionality and quality assurance.

Website Information Sharing

We share data with your consent, to comply with laws, provide services, protect rights, or fulfil business obligations.

Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated, unless law requires longer retention.

For Application Software: Measurements data from logs are kept for twelve (12) months and then deleted.

Security Measures

We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes any non-disclaimable duty to protect your personal information, you agree that intentional misconduct will be the standards used to measure our compliance with that duty.

By using our Dr Fyeno app, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to our terms. You agree to receive emails from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking on the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email. It is illegal to create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by disassembling, reverse engineering or otherwise, the source program or any part thereof from the object program or other information related to Software. One licence (code) shall be strictly used only for one device.

Data deletion request

You can request to delete your data by sending an email to info@fyeno.com. Your account will be deactivated within 5 working days, logs data will be deleted within 30 days.
